Large Plugins fail on upload

Hello.
Great plugin. Used successfully many times.
I found that in some cases a large plugin (in this case 7.3 MB) attempts to load a couple of times, getting to about 93%. On second try, it seems there is a time out with a “Site Cant Be Reached”. — Same site updates other, smaller size plugins OK.
Maybe a PHP max setting?
