Large plugin temp file created in one week

    In the past week a large file appeared in my file-manager-advanced/ application /library /php / .tmp directory. The file name is “elfzdlvbE9lq” and it is 500 MB in size. The file did not exist in my previous backup a week ago.

    What is this file? Should I be worried about its source? Can I delete it?
