large number of custom fields and slow loading

    Hello everybody,
    Please help.
    I need to add 700-1500 custom fields to every post, this data will be used for the search form. I’ve already added 300 custom fields to the 1 post and my site became to load very very slow – 20 seconds for Home page, and sometimes I have runtime error in back end when I try to edit the post.
    What can I do to resolve this problem? website already done but I can’t edit it.

    That is an extreme about of data to be pulling in. You may want to look into the plugin pods

    If it was me, I would be looking at something custom. Good luck!
