Large issue with polish signs in block of custom html

After updating to a new version of your plugin, strange characters appeared in the table in places of Polish dialectal characters. There must be a problem with the language encoding. the problem is only in the “Custom HTML” block.

I temporarily solved the problem by using a shortcode.
