Large gap between navigation and content

Wordpress theme: ColorMag
I own 2 sites with that theme. The German version has this large gap between navigation and site content. Sometimes it bounces back and the gap is gone, but it’s rare.

Good: https://www.christmasmagazine.com/I have tried to add custom CSS, without success though.
