You can install it as a mu-plugin, if you are not familiar to mu-plugins, you can find a guide on https://premium.wpmudev.org/docs/getting-started/download-wpmu-dev-plugins-themes/#installing-mu-plugins

Edit the line where it says:

let form_id = 100;

And add your form ID.

To find the correct ID, you can edit the form and check the URL, it will show on:

?page=forminator-cform-wizard&id=FORM_ID

Navigate to Behaviour and enable the Load from Ajax feature back, flush all caches and check if the performance will increase.

You can test this on a staging website first.

We have implemented the solution and works great! However, we are noticing the speed for all forms are slow on mobile-sometimes not even loading correctly. Is there a way to fix this? Thank you.
