    Hello,

I make large files available for download, around 1G to 1.5G each .zip file. This is already dividing an entire collection of files into several parts.

I would like to do these downloads using the Download Monitor plugin, because of its control and security features, but using DM the download of these zip files becomes corrupted. The same does not happen when I do not use DM.

I did a test by disabling XHR downloads through functions.php (as described in a topic on this forum), but some downloads continue with corrupted files.

I also increased the PHP memory limits.

Do you know if Download Monitor has file size limitations, or if there are settings that can be made in WordPress or on the server that can avoid this problem?

    Thank you

    Hello again,

Earlier I remembered that I recently had to ask my VPS provider to change the operating system, because it was discontinued.

Since I use Litespeed, with WHM/cPanel, I noticed that I needed to redo some adjustments in its configuration, which I had not done yet after reinstalling it. Basically, disable modules that generate conflicts, install recommended modules, install LSPHP and configure PHP through the Litespeed console (time limits, memory, etc.). It seems to be working normally now.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on the excellent plugin you created. For me, it is the best download manager available. I see the talent for conceiving good ideas and making them work in the plugin. This makes it worth trusting in your use.

Unfortunately, today I have only been using the free version. The exchange rate here in Brazil in recent years has not been favorable. When I started using the plugin, we had a rate of BRL 3.00 to USD 1.00. Today we have almost BRL 6.00 for USD 1.00, practically doubled. So I had to look for other alternatives and now I’m trying to adapt to the free version.

Congratulations on the good work, and sorry for the hasty question.

    Thank you.
