Large File Uploader Plugin?

I’m having trouble finding a large file uploader plugin. I’m starting a large format print company and need the ability for clients to send me rather large design files from my website.

What I basically need is a front end file upload form, that would send a file to my server then send me an email with a link to the file to download it. I would need some sort of captcha functionality as well.

Has anyone seen a plugin that handles this?
