Large File over 12Mb

    Hello, my product feed is almost 13MB and sometimes web server crash and make as export only 35 products. This is a crucial error for me. May I ZIP somehow my XML file?

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your feed. Unfortunately our plugin does not support the creation of zipped product feeds. When you decide to zip the product feed yourself our plugin also won’t be able to update it anymore.

    Would it be an option for you to use filters and create multiple smaller feeds instead of 1 big feed?

    Skroutz.gr supports just one XML file, smaller than 10MB. I need ZIP file or gz file to send it to them.

    I am sorry but, like we mentioned, we do not support ZIP files.

    Are you planning to support ZIP files in the future?

    Probably not. You are the first one requesting this in over the two years we are active so there doesn’t seem to be a lot of demand for it.
