Right above the button you pressed to post this message, this forum asks you:

Did you include a link to your site, so that others can see the problem?

Site is in private mode at the moment. But image is here.

    Basically it’s an empty page.

Well there are lots of reasons why something might be going wrong, but I’m not able to debug an image, obviously.

I have provided the codes that I was using and an image, so why don’t you provide those “reasons” you mentioned and the possible fixes to that and see if I could apply them to my site, instead of responding with a generic message?

I have provided the codes that I was using

    If [gdoc key="https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/correct-number/edit#gid=correct-numbers" class="FixedHeader-left" datatables_scroll_x="true"]

is the code you’re using, try replacing correct-number with the ID to your Google Sheet. ??

why don’t you provide those “reasons” you mentioned … instead of responding with a generic message?

One could ask you the same question. In fact, one will: why don’t you provide the actual code you’re using, or at least a link where others can see the problem, as requested by this forum, instead of a generic question?

Ask a generic question, get a generic answer. That’s how this works, y’know.

Obviously there are reasons why correct link were not provided and post is private in the first place. One can only provide as much details as they could based on the sensitivity of the data. No need to be making fun of user comments and being unhelpful.

Obviously there are reasons why correct link were not provided and post is private in the first place.

Perhaps that’s one reason it’s not working. From the plugin’s description:

If using a Google Spreadsheet, the spreadsheet must be shared using either the “Public on the web” or “Anyone with the link” options (learn how to share your spreadsheet). Currently, private Google Spreadsheets or Spreadsheets shared with “Specific people” are not supported.

Pro-tip: It generally helps to read the description of the plugin you’re trying to use.

The spreadsheet was already set to public (no sign in required) – just like the other “smaller” entries that I’ve created (read my first post) “I’ve tried copied small number of entries in a new sheet and was able to display them.” I have done exactly the same to both spreadsheet only that the smaller spreadsheet (ard 5 rows that I’ve tested) is displayed on the page, but not the 1mb spreadsheet – ard 9800 entries). So the first place was “public” as mentioned in my first post.

If you’re able to view a small public spreadsheet but not a large public spreadsheet then perhaps you need to increase the HTTP timeout.
