• So I had my hosting company increase my upload limit on wordpress.

(They actually had a lot of trouble doing this, but we finally reached a point where they said raised it to 25MB, and I got 16MB but that was fine with me so I stopped pushing the issue.)

The problem now is that these large files won’t buffer/load.
Now when I first uploaded these songs and tried to play them on the site, they worked perfectly. After a day or so, the files fail to load. This is what my hosting company told me:

“There is no issue with the server side as such. It seems to be either problem with your MP3 file or the application itself. I suggest you to re-upload the mp3 file from your end. If the issue persists please contact the application vendor for further investigation of the issue.”

I am using Audio player plugin | Version 2.0.4.1
and I have thoroughly gone through the settings but everything seems in check. I’ve reuploaded songs, and they play fine when I open the files url individually, but still fail to load when on the site itself.

I’ve had a ton of trouble with this hosting company (ipage.com) and considering there first fix with the upload limit was kind of a quick fix, is it possible the error is on their end?? Also because the audio can play the file when first uploaded, I really do not think is it at fault of the plugin.

Please, I need a professional to help me troubleshoot what’s going wrong!
