Large amount of media elements

    How to deal with situation when there is a pretty large amount of media uploaded, something about 79 GB of data.
    Is there a way to sync somehow manually uploaded data to DigitalOcean Spaces with Media Cloud plugin?
    And why Media Cloud plugin syncs data not in folders that it was uploaded, but in one folder of the current month, for example there are files uploaded in 2016/10, plugin uploads them to 2017/11.
