    Hi,

You should use the recheck languages button. This will refresh that tab. However, if the message will still appear, you don’t have to worry about it. It signals that those languages have no support for formal form if you will use that, but this will not affect the translations in default form.

Also, be sure you are using the latest version of our plugin.

Hi @alexcozmoslabs , the language Formality is set to Default, so it shouldn’t show up this issue, is it a bug?

Whatsmore, the language shows up in “Languages without formality” will be automatically translated, but very very slowly, probably 2,000 characters /one day.

Can you please check and fix it? Thanks in advace.

    Hi,

    It is not a bug.
If the formality message shows up, then it means that those languages do not have support for that particular formality in the automatic engine. This does not mean that the languages are completely excluded from the translation. They work if they have the default formality, and the engine will translate your content.

Now regarding of how the content is made, it will only translate content in one particular language on one particular page the first time someone views that page in that language.?This means that there is no complete scanning and translating of the entire site. It’s only done incrementally as the pages are accessed. If you say your transitions are slow is because your additional pages were not accessed by visitors.
You can force the automatic translation on your website by browsing a page normally in an additional language (the content is translated only in the language that is being displayed) or by browsing in Translation Editor (this is like browsing all the languages at the same time. Translations will be retrieved for all languages for the content being viewed in the Translation Editor).
