    Hello.

Please fix upon next release. This problem exists at least when running LiteSpeed Webserver and on several sites I manage.

/wp-content/plugins/wp-google-maps/languages/datatables/finnish.json should be called Finnish.json – this typo causes all the Map / Marker listings on the plugin backend to fail to show anything when the site’s language is set to finnish.

After renaming the finnish.json to Finnish.json, all functionality is restored in the backend.

    Thank you.

  • Hi @jpontinen

Thank you for getting in touch and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We’ve made this change in the 8.0.23 release, there is also a fix within the plugin that will re-name that in case the updater fails to do so.

Anyone else reading who has performed the update who is still experiencing this issue can solve it by simply un-installing and re-installing with version 8.0.23, in which we’ve corrected the case.

Is there anything else we can help you with?

    Kind regards
    – Perry
