    Hi,
I am still working on the website and i thank you for your previous help.

I have a new topic related to the menu :
for exemple I have an “Item 1 in Fr” in the menu and i can have a translation “Item 1 in En” or “Item 1 in Fr” if there is no translation and it’s great.

I see the “Select Language visibility” setup in each post but i am not sure the way it’s working… For some item I don’t want the item to appear in the menu if there’s no translation. Is this possible?

    Thanks in advance.
    Gil

    Hi,

The language visibility is for post (or product) it’s exist on page but it’s less usefull.

If you want a post or product to be visible only in a specified language (ex : german) you can set the visibility to german, the post will be visible only in the german version of the site. When the visibility is set to all (normal feature) the post is visible in all languages, if no translation exist the default language is displayed.

The visibility in the menu is not yet available it’s in the todo

    Stéphane,

Thank you for your answer. It’s clear.

For the pages (not posts) when i select a language i have the opportunity to associate a page. It’s a kind of redirection ?

This feature is not yet documented.

The idee is to use page differents and not translation with the translation system in Wp (it’s more usefull with page make with builder) Falang has extra plugin for Builder.

The association allow the switch on the page
