language versions

    hi,
    I’d like 2 or 3 language versions in my site. So how can I do it. As I know WordPress Theme folder contains php and css files for one site (one lang. vers.). In which way one can create another language site and in addition, the similar pages must be linked to each other. e.g. About me(english) to About me(french) and vice versa.
