Loco Automatic Translate Addon- test IBM Translate API- 404 not found

What else did I do:
1. addressed this issue to IBM Cloud, but they do not support a free tariff plan.
2. I turned to my hosting, I was told that there are no errors and locks on the hosting.
3. disable mod_security
4. changed the different date forms dd.mm.yyyy to yyyy-mm-dd (https://cloud.ibm.com/apidocs/language-translator#authentication)
5. installed an SSL certificate
All this did not help. It still gives an error 404. Who will tell you a positive result? Help the guru, otherwise I will have to manually translate 900 lines.

But I know how to discover ready-made translations of the most used themes only …

Are you facing this 404 error with API integration test?
Or with a specific theme/plugin translation?

This type of error only occurs when API unable to find a translation model. But in the
API testing settings panel, we have mentioned the tested/working translation model.

I have not tried the paid IBM Translate package, but I can’t translate it with free translation.

I have fixed this bug and released version 1.9. Please update your installed plugin with the latest version and check it again.
I hope it will work fine.
