Language Translation

I have wordpress and woocommerce website now i want to make multi language website, so i have tried several plugins but the issue is whenever plugins are used the performance and speed of the website goes down. so i have created several pages in multiple languages and added dropdown to the menu bar, now i want to know that how can i map appropriate pages.
