Language Switcher with GlobeIcon – PopUp

Hello,

the PlugIn works very well in my Multisite.
I need to change the design of the switcher as follows:
1-) A globe icon should be included in the header.
2-) With a click on globe icon a PopUp should open.
3-) In the pop up window the single flags should appear.

Could you help me here please?
