    Hello TranslatePress,

I opted to have opposite language shown in my menu and it works fine on my desktop menu but not on my mobile menu. When click on the opposite language on my mobile menu, it redirects me to page of html codes.

I have also tried putting both languages (instead of opposite language) in my mobile menu instead but every time I click on a language button, it redirects to a page of html codes.

Please advise how I can fix this urgently.

I have the developer’s version of TranslatePress and have sent a support ticket 3 days ago but no reply from you yet.

  • If you are using a CDN, this will also produce a change into and affect the menu.

Hmmm, currently we have not activated any CDN nor caching plugins yet.

    Hello Anca,

Would really appreciate if I can get a response from TranslatePress soonest possible. I have sent a support ticket since a week ago and I haven’t heard back from you guys yet.

    Thanks.
