Language switcher not working anymore

Can you give us more details about the problem that you have?

Can you send us screenshots of how you put the menu items to the top of the page?

Also, can you tell us if you are using the free Astra theme version or the premium one?

I`ll probably need some screenshots from TranslatePress Settings too in order to replicate your problem on my laptop.

I use astra premium.
You can see the result here for exemple : https://curiosart.fr/boutique/
Language links FR and EN are the same : french version.
In mobile mode language menu is working
If i check a page with /en it works.

I tried to remove widget and put it again but same problem (and config was still there – is there a way to reset the widget?)

Can you try with the floating language switcher, please?

If is not working with this either try to do a compatibility test:

??*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

Sorry didn’t receive any notification for your message…
So…
– Disabling all plugins : no change
– Disabling Astra/Astra Pro and replacing with TwentyTwentyOne: as it is a Translatepress component for Astra I can’t find it when switching to another theme
– Language switcher works well as menu component
– floating switcher works well
– Adding astra component to footer OR header builder doesn’t work.

Any idea ?

Hi, any news ?
I installed you plugin on another site with astra pro and same problem. Language switcher block for astra builder doesn’t work.
Worst, it’s showing a trailing “/es/” for base language (should show nothing of perhaps FR as it’s french).
Using menu language switcher seems ok but no translated content (i’m using google translate and it says 21000 caracters are translated but I can’t find one).

Please help asap as i want to switch several sites to your system and go to premium as soon as possible.

Did you make a compatibility test with the Astra Pro theme?

Also, if you want to not display the slug in the URL, set “Use subdirectory for the default language” to No.

To find this, go to Settings -> TranslatePress -> General tab then you will find this function there.
