Language Switcher needs to be in pre header bar before social media Icons

Hello,
I am using Google language switcher in Jupiter theme, I do not want flags with language box so I disabled flags but language box aligned on the left side of header itself, however I aligned it right from plugin settings. I want the language box to be in pre header bar before social media icons on the right side.
