Language Switcher does not show.

    Language switcher does not at first time visiting to website.
    If i refresh the page, then it comes and stay for all pages.
    Again if I open new browser tab and visit then Language switcher
    does not work. Please help how to solve it.

    Is this plugin support RTL like arabic to translate? I am going
    to buy this plugins, so treat this as pre sales questions.
