Language Switcher – /de?p=

Hi there,

first of all… nice plugin.

Everything is working ok. The only thing i would like to fix, is the url structure in the language switcher.

i have a post called “restaurant Da Mario”
Now the url looks like : domainname.com/de?p=123
What i would like to have is: domainname.com/de/restaurant-da-mario

When i click on the link to it will lead me to the correct and nicer url domainname.com/de/restaurant-da-mario
