Language switcher custom position

    Hi!
    I read through some of the topics about the language switcher but couldn’t find the solution for my issue.
    What I am looking for is a code which places the language switcher (on all pages of my site with translation) into the right top corner of my page (right side of the header).
    It should look like the widget on the home page corner (with written language+flag). Maybe it’s possible to just place the widget into the header permanently. But how?

    Any advice appreciated!

    An alternative would be the selection of the language in the menu but positioned on the right side leading to the translated version of the page (not the front page).
