Language switcher available?

    Hi, really cool and easy to use/translate plugin ??

    Does it also have the option for a language switch/toggle?

    If not, how does it know which language to display for the user?

    If a user uses a VPN for example, then the user might get the wrong language shown….would be great if a user can decide which language to see.
