    Hi,

I install your plugin and then activate it. Then set the language selector as float in “Top-left” location. Then save it. I get a warning from WordFense but I whitelist the action and try again.

Then I clear all the cache.

However, now when I visit my website https://www.datanumen.com/, I still cannot see the language selector in the top-left corner?

    Why?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I have just checked your website and I can see the language selector on the top right corner.

If you still have issues with it, please let me know.

    Thanks! ??

It seems that your language selector will appear after some time, even after clear the cache for many times.

    I have some more questions:

    1. For “URL translation” feature in the plan, does that mean the URL will be translated into other languages? Is there any more info on this?

    2. What is the meaning of “Analytics” in the setting page for the plugin?

    3. On our website, we have many products, such as “DataNumen Outlook Repair”. Your translation will keep the first two words, but translate the last one. Is there a way to define terminologies to prevent the whole product name from being translated?

    4. I have installed two instances of WordPress in the same domain, i.e., https://www.datanumen.com and https://www.datanumen.com/blogs/ . In such a case, if I subscribe your plan, can it cover the two instances? Or must I pay twice the price?

    Hi,

I think it is a question to your caching plugin developer.

    1. URL translation is a paid feature, you can check examples on our website: https://gtranslate.io/sitemap and https://es.gtranslate.io/Mapa-del-sitio

    2. It sends events to Google Analytics if you have it, so you can see how users interact with the language switcher. We have a better Analytics in our paid version: https://gtranslate.io/blog/introducing-gtranslate-user-dashboard

    3. In our paid version you can skip translations or manually correct them, we also have powerful find and replace rules you can use if you find some logic.

    4. You just need to pay once as both websites are on the same domain name.

    Thanks! ??

    Hi,

We are using WP Fastest Cache. The strange thing is that both https://www.datanumen.com and https://www.datanumen.com/blogs/ use WP Fastest Cache with the same settings. But the GTranslate plugin settings will reflect after several hours in former but immediately in the latter.

    Some more questions:

    1. I enable “Auto switch to browser language” for both sites. However, when visiting them with Chrome or FireFox with Chinese language. Both sites will still load with “English”, instead of switch to “Chinese” automatically. Why?

    2. For “URL/slug translation” feature, will you translate English to Chinese if the language is Chinese. If yes, will the URL allow Chinese characters? I have never seen URL with Chinese characters in the real world.

    Hi,

I cannot comment about caching, you may direct the question to your caching plugin developers. To know for sure if it is because of WP Fastest Cache plugin or not, you can try to disable it and make sure to remove .htaccess config rules related to it.

    1. Please open the browser console and type navigator.language and hit enter. Then navigator.languages and hit enter. Please provide the output here.

    2. Yes, yes it will be fine.

    Thanks! ??
