Language selector

    Hi there,
    I need help solving a little problem we have with the language selector.
    On a specific page is where it does not work correctly.

    The selector does not work in a certain page since for the languages ??”Castilian”, “Catalan” and “English” it does not change its href.

    We use WPML to manage it.
    I would like to know if someone could give me a hand since I do not know what is failing since it only happens on a specific page.

    I do not have an account in wpml.org since it is not me who manages the wordpress where the problem is hosted. I am only a mediator to get the ruling resolved.
    Couldn’t you help me around here?

    These are the versions of the different plugins that my client has.

    WPML Translation Management: 2.10.4
    WPML String Translation: 3.1.6
    WPML Multilingual CMS: 4.4.8
    WPML Media: 2.6.2
    WooCommerce Multilingual: 4.10.4
    PHP version: 7.1.33
    WordPress version: 4.9.16

    We really cannot provide WPML support in a public WCML Forum and I cannot ask you to share credentials or try to recreate your issue here.

    I’ll be happy to answer any general questions you may have and to check our systems for reported issues, but you will need to ask your client to provide you with access to wpml.org for specific debugging and support like you require.
