You can go to Settings >> General >> Site language then change it to Spanish. After that, go to WPClever >> Smart Compare then you can enjoy the Spanish translation of our plugin.

Kindly note that this translation might not be a complete one since it was contributed by our users and we do not know Spanish. We cannot check the accuracy of the translation.

Our site language is set to Spanish already. Could it be the fact that it is set to Spanish from Mexico? There’s a list of around 9 countries for Spanish within wordpress, and although it doesn’t really change much, there’s some expressions that don’t feel natural to customers/users, and even though we’re not from Mexico, Mexican Spanish is kind of a standard for Latin America translations.

It’ll be great if the plugin could change to Spanish regardless of this specificity, after all, it can be overlooked if a plugin uses some Spanish (from Spain) expressions, rather than the whole site. If instead, a po file is needed to be uploaded or if you need a translation for our particular case, we’ll be happy to do it/contribute!

Hey guys, not sure how I’m supposed to send you the files. The translations for Mexican Spanish (es_MX)? and Spanish (es_ES) are ready. The latter you already had, but lacked a couple things and wasn’t thaaaat accurate so I thought, why not?! It’s basically a duplicate from the former, but don’t worry every Spanish user will appreciate it.

Thanks for your message! Please note that there are significant differences between both locales, even if it’s the same base language. If you want to, upload your translations to the .org side of your plugin and let us know when they’re ready so we can check them and approve what is correct and suggest improvements if needed ??
