    First of all, thank you very much for a nice and easy to use (and FREE) plugin. I was just wondering if you would be able to add a language selection to the plugin options. It is not complicated and I am tempted to do it myself, but I would like to avoid maintaining my own version. What do you think?

    Thank you for your kind offer. We will consider it, and if we deem it necessary, we will make the necessary changes to the plugin. However, we are not planning on doing so in the near future. If you’d like, you could request a paid customization and provide all the details.

    Please, follow the next steps in order to request a paid customization service:
    1) Submit a private request here – https://support.bestwebsoft.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
    2) Make sure to include details about required changes.
    3) Our manager will contact you back with estimation (possible questions) and a payment link.
    4) Answer questions (if applicable) or complete the payment.
    5) We will contact you upon payment approvement.
    6) The work will be performed by our specialist.
    7) Usually it takes about 2 – 4 hours to complete the desired changes after receiving your payment (we start after 100% pre-payment only). However, the time depends on complexity of this task, number of desired changes and availability of our team.

    paid customization? seriously?
    as it stands, it’s pretty useless on non-english sites, as it may confuse non tech-savvy users, especially when the “choose image” pops up.
    time to switch to “No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA” i guess.
    shame, though, really, after all these years using BWS’s plugins…

    Hi,

    As we said earlier – we will consider it, and if we deem it necessary, we will make the necessary changes to the plugin. That means that we don’t refuse to inject this functionality. We’re glad that users offer the possibility to improve our product. We make concessions for our clients and offer them to add to the plugin what they need (by paid customization). Sometimes it’s necessary if they need some option right now and they have no time to wait for new functionality injecting. We’re just offer, it’s your choice – consent to it or wait.
