Language problem with buddypress plugins

As for BuddyPress Privacy Component plugin, note that per this page https://buddypress.org/community/groups/bp-privacy/, that 1) the plugin is not supported and 2) it’s for dev sites not live sites.

A Serious issue for me….plz help
I activated buddy press (Social networking in a box. Build a social network for your company, school, sports team or niche community all based on the power and flexibility of WordPress.) Version 1.5.4
with WordPress 3.3.1 and i am unable to login to my account with wp-login.php it redirects the page to site home page. On deactivating wit FTP there is no error
