Language problem after upgrade to WP 4.0

    Hi,

    I got an issue with language after upgrade to WP 4. I config the wp-config.php to language fr_FR, the languages files are on wp-content/languages/ already but it isn’t converted to FR language.

    I don’t know why, language for theme, plugin not works too.
