language of order notification mail

Hello,
I have a 3-language site (TR(default)-EN-DE with polylang). I noticed that order emails etc. sent to the customer in the default language. Even if the order is created in DE language, the customer receives order confirmation and invoice mails in TR language. In the mail, only the “payment method” and “shipping” parts are sent in the language of the order. How can I fix this problem?
