    Hello, I have WordPress in Finnish, users also in Finnish, but in some mysterious way, Complianz setting appears in English and also generates the Cookie Policy in English.

    WordPress 6.6.1, everything up to date.

    I have installed the plugin via wpackagist-plugin/complianz-gdpr with composer if that makes any difference.

    How do I manage to get the translation files? I have nothing which seems to be related to complianz in wp-content/languages or wp-content/languages/plugins

    What plugin are you using for the translation? Have you followed our WPML guide, the Polylang one or the TranslatePress one?

    Hi,

    I’m not using any plugins to translate the site, I only have the site in one language which is Finnish. I thought the plugin would automatically install fi_FI language files but they’re nowhere to be seen. Is that not the case? Maybe I misunderstood something.

    Isn’t that only for Premium customers? I don’t have a license. Earlier in this forum someone had a similar problem and you just provided the Chech translations as a files to download. Do you have the translation files somewhere where they could be downloaded?

    You can open a ticket putting a generic number on the license box, this way the colleague will check your request and see if he’ll be able to send you the file.
