Language counter offer Email

    Hi,

    We have a multilingual site with Offers for Woocommerce installed and WPML. When a client submits an offer, the confirmation mail is sent in the clients preferred language.

    However, when we make a counter offer (or decline an offer) through the backend those mails are sent only in the main site language (Dutch). Even if we change the backend language to i.e. English those emails are still sent in Dutch.

    Any solution?

    Hi @meneerfranssen, I wanted to ask few more details from you, Do you have all the relevant WPML plugins installed like string translation and translation management and woocommerce multilingual as well? Also, did you reached to site press ( WPML) support and explained this issue to them? Becasue admin side multilingual is not something we control but WPML do, can you check with them and see what you got.

    Also, for our guys testing, can you provide us a staging copy of your site with those plugins active so that we can also run some tests? If this is something you are fine to do, then You can submit a ticket here with staging site details and we will be happy to take a deeper look at that. Meanwhile, do reach at WPML support as well.
