Language cookie not working as expected

Hi,

I have a web site with 3 languages using the WP Multilang. I’ve realized that the language cookie doesn’t work because if I choose one language different of the default (default is catalan and I choose english) then I open a new window and go to the site again it fall back to the default languange (catalan). If I close the navigator and open the web again it happens the same.

Using the firefox cookies inspector I can observe a very odd behaviour, when I first access the site, it loads in default language (ca), if I change the language to english, the cookie is set to ‘en’ as expected, if I open a new tab and go to the site, it loads in default language and the cookie changes again to the default (ca).

I would expect that when I go back to a site it loads with the last language I’ve set, that’s why it’s stored in the cookie, isn’t it?
