Language Change Broken Permalinks 404 Error

  • I have been working on a website in English but have now changed the language of the website to Norwegian. This is because I dont read/speak Norwegian .

    The permalink have changed from:

    product-category > produktkategori
    product > produkt

    However if I manually type in the english slugs the products still show up but browsing the store pages and category sidebar widgets the link in these are to the Norwegian slugs which report 404 errors. How can I make them load on the new Norwegian slugs?

  • Hello,
    You have to flush your permalink after change the slug.
    Otherwise it give you 404 error.
    Let me know if it works.
