Language chance after comment

    Hi,
    when I post a comment in the German section of my website (created with WPML) the “Post a comment/ Kommentar abschicken” button redirects me to the same, but English article. It works in the English section. It seems that the redirection is broken somehow.

    I have tried to deactivate all plugins (except WPML). Without a change. When I change the theme to a basic one (twentynineteen) it works. Which means: I post a comment on a German article and after the page reloads, it is still the same (German) article.

    What can I do?

    Hey Christian,

    You’ve made great use of Tracks Pro on your site! It looks awesome ??

    I’m a bit stumped by this error. There isn’t any code in Tracks that would affect the redirect after a comment submission, and after looking through the Twenty Nineteen codebase, I don’t see any code in that theme that would affect the redirect either.

    Could you try contacting the WPML developers about this? They may have a solution or more info we can use to find the root cause of the issue.

    Hi Ben, the issue is solved. Have a look at the WPML-topic. You may update the relevant code for the track’s theme in the future. ??

    Huh well this update should be made in their plugin but I’ll add it to Tracks anyway haha ??
