Language auto-detection not working

Hi I have a website working with WPML in Italian and English. I’ve set up the auto-detection option under language settings but it doesn’t work on my English site so all ReCaptcha noCaptcha form tags are displaying in Italian. Would it be possible to have the plugin working in English for the corresponding pages ?
