the option to choose the language was very good, why you took it out ?

Because it’s not contact form plugin’s job.

I recommend you use a multilingual plugin if you constantly need localized contact forms.

Did you choose “Espa?ol” for the site language? Or another “Espa?ol de somewhere”?
