• My website was originally Norwegian,I had installed a Norwegian language pack ,now the clients wants it only in English I deleted the Norwegian language pack from the folder and also chnaged the wp-config.php to default define(‘WPLANG’, ”) that did make it back to english, but every time I install a new plugin it site changes back to Norwegian, the languages pack just reappears in the folder , the wp-config file remains the same define(‘WPLANG’, ”) .
how can i permanently turn the site to english.

So basically the lanaguage packs get automatically installed and updated everytime I install a plugin,so deleting it doesnt really help.
