Langage file characters

  • I have completed the translation of WordPress in my langage and many plugins.

    I’m having some error on my pages that seem to be related with my translated files (work great with original english file).

    How I know which characters are causing problem in .PO langage file?

    You can try using poedit to open your language file and do the edit within the app, it will save your translations correctly.

    I’m already using PoEdit. This edit should correct the langage codes?

    I’m having theses errors only when activating my french canadian langage. Some strings are shown in english even if they are translated in the translation file.

    The position of the string in your theme file could have changed after a theme update. Try updating your language file from “sources”.
