    Hi,
When plugin is active, my mobile portrait photos are saved in landscape mode.
    How can I solve this?
    Thank you.

That’s definitely not normal, as the photos should be auto-rotated by Imsanity during upload. I wonder if something else is stripping the EXIF (orientation) information before Imsanity gets to it.
Could you post a link to an unaltered example image? Or you can send it over via https://ewww.io/contact-us/ — be sure to mention this thread so that the email gets routed to me.

    Landscape photo

I saw now that EXIF information is not in the photo.
    Why? That’s the point.

Is that an image you uploaded with Imsanity inactive? Sorry if I wasn’t clear there, I’m looking for a portrait image that hasn’t been altered by Imsanity.

Hmm, I uploaded that image on my site with Imsanity active, and it doesn’t get flipped/rotated at all. It doesn’t have any EXIF orientation data though, so I wouldn’t expect there to be any problems with it.
If you run that second image (5cc2fe19af69e91cf85091eb95b801cc.jpg) through Imsanity, does it get turned sideways for you?
