Landing pages are not updating with most recent blog post

The “Recent” section on the landing pages are not updating with the latest blog post and this occurs site wide | eg. https://www.fotoflare.ca/weddings/ Not sure if this is a plugin issue or a customized theme issue. The most current posts should be appearing on this page as I add them and they haven’t for a very long time. I’m not on speaking terms with the company that built the site so no support is available. I’m looking to pay someone to go in and update it as needed or be willing to walk me though it step by step if it isn’t too involved.
