Landing Page setup

I have a landing page that I want to include with my website. I want the landing page to be a stand alone page without the formatting of my site and without the navigation buttons. In fact, I do not want to be able to navigate to my website from my landing page at all. How do I get a blank page, using my webaddress, without it being “connected” to my website?
