Landing page set to home but still showing slug

    I have made my landing page and set it to my homepage, but the homepage still redirects to: giamercado.com/landingpage/home

    Any other time when I use WordPress and use a static page as homepage, it shows as the root domain, but this plugin is still showing the full url with slug instead of just showing as the root domain/homepage url.

    How do I make the homepage url show up as just: giamercado.com

    Hi,

    Please edit your landing page open right options panel and enable Set as front page option.

    In WordPress reading settings set sample page as homepage. It will automatically override that page with landing page.

    That fixed the URL, but the SEO title still says “home” even though I have it set to say something else.

    Why does the search engine title say “home” instead of the title and description that I have set for that page?

    Please open left options panel to change Page description and keyword. To change the search engine title please change Title of your landing page.
