Landing page for system

    I apologize for the silliness of this question but I’m a bit confused as to which shortcode I should be using as the landing page for this system.

    I’d simply like a page, such as mydomain.com/support, that a user can use to submit or check the status of a ticket. It seems that of the three shortcodes, one is for adding a ticket, another is for viewing/adding a ticket, and the third is some sort of Staff panel perhaps?

    Any advice here would be fantastic. The documentation mentions nothing about how to implement the plugin into your site beyond installing and configuring and even then, the support documentation is for the Pro version only.

    Hi,

    Add short code into your page.

    To check available short code into your version,
    Admin > JS Support Ticket > Short Codes

    Copy short code and paste into your page, JS Support ticket will show in your page.
