Landing Page Cat Issue

We’d like to see if we can help. We’ve been unable to replicate the issue and haven’t gotten any other reports, so this may be specific to your site.

Before I provide any steps to isolate, I’d like analyze your landing page myself. If I can’t identify the problem from there, I’ll respond with some detailed troubleshooting steps to isolate any conflicts.

Get back to me with a URL where I can see your landing page, and details of what email marketing provider you use, and we’ll go from there.

There appears to be a JavaScript conflict with the active theme, although I cannot be positive. It’s preventing the button from working at all, so your MailChimp side of things is likely not the issue.

Please try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’ or ‘Twenty Sixteen’ and see if the issue persists or not. That will help a lot.

Let me know how that goes and we’ll see what else we can do.
