landing on WP-ADMIN.COM

After opening the file wp-admin/install.php on the browser (Safari on a Mac G4 Laptop running MAC OSX) I land on https://www.wp-admin.com/default.html and receive no instructions to log in etc. The wp-config.php file is configured correctly I think. What am i doing wrong? Any help appreciated.
