LAN and WAN 2 URL can it be done?

I have WordPress at home and can open a port to get to it.

But can I add 2 URL in the wp_options/siteurl of the database so my LAN like 192.168.0.50 and https://mywordpress

So both will work? If so how would I type that on the line in the Database?
